What will a coach do for me?

Serena Williams got a coach to help her become a better tennis player. Lebron James got a coach to help him become a better basketball player. Steve Jobs got a coach to help him be a better innovator, CEO and chairman of the board. So the question is: “Who do you want to be when you grow up?”

Seriously, all of us spend our entire lives “growing up” and live every day unsure of who we want to be. I was. Then I worked with a coach who helped me realize that what I really wanted was to help others become the best version of themselves. My job as a coach is to help you identify who you need to be to get what you want and then help you take action.

Whatever your goal is, I’m on your side. I’m here to help you get what you want. I will hold you accountable, ask you hard questions and help you break through mental barriers that are standing in the way of your success.

Just to be clear, coaching is not therapy! Yes, we’ll have some great conversations but they will not be rambling philosophical discussions. Before every conversation you’ll know exactly what to expect from me and what I expect from you. My job is to help you keep moving forward so we will customize every session to your needs so you will be able to keep your goals in clear focus and see us getting closer and closer to those goals as you take action.

Not every coach is for everyone but I hope if you’ve gotten this far you are intrigued enough to schedule a chat with me. Please contact me and let’s schedule some time to talk to see if I’m the right fit for you.
