When I speak to clients for the first time, many of them reporting that they’re “spinning their wheels” or that they spend far too much time following up with team members on tasks. They find that they don’t have enough time to focus on revenue-generating activities because they’re knee deep in the mud with the day to day.

For me, it all starts with strategy. Behind every profitable and successful business owner is a fabulous business coach. I’m not a business coach. That being said, I have many clients that come out of business coaching sessions and just need an additional sounding board and strategic guidance so that they can implement what they’ve discussed with their coach. Are you still trying to figure out your niche and what pain points they face so that you can market to them effectively? Do you need help establishing a direction for your next program? Do you want an honest and unbiased opinion on marketing materials, pricing strategy or site design? Do you need some out of the box brainstorming around lead generation? Project Management and Team Management
Do you have an online team and need a project manager to pull together all the pieces to ensure that your vision is carried through seamlessly, on time and on budget? Got a big program coming up? Who’s writing the content? Who’s doing the graphics? Who’s designing the sales page? Who’s editing the videos? Who’s dropping the emails and monitoring your webinars? What’s the launch timeline? There are so many pieces in the launch strategy puzzle. I’ll provide the launch calendar and will tie together all the components that you’ve thought of (and many you may not have thought of) to ensure that your program goes off without a hitch and that all the deadlines are met.
Systems and Processes Analysis and Maintenance
Are you clear on what happens after a consultation if someone says no or maybe to your services? Are you clear on what happens when they say yes?
